Summary:
A visit to Champagne Albert Bergen’s is highly recommended. Set on the edge of a beautiful village in the Cote des Bar, it is a family run business that produces fine champagne. The degustation was excellent with the various champagnes being exactly described. It is not all about the champagne though, the explanation of the processes and business were hugely informative. It is great to listen to someone speak with such passion about a business that means so much to them.
